Yael Linzer is a lawyer at Prosper Law who assists businesses with contracts, commercial transactions and general business advisory matters. Drawing on her legal and business qualifications, Yael provides practical, commercially focused advice to help clients identify risks, protect their interests and achieve their commercial objectives.
Since joining Prosper Law in July 2026, Yael has assisted clients with a range of commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on business transactions and providing tailored legal advice to businesses across Australia.
Prior to joining Prosper Law, Yael worked with several respected Australian law firms, gaining experience across commercial litigation, commercial transactions, contract reviews, leasing, insolvency and regulatory advisory matters. Her background in commercial disputes provides her with valuable insight into how contractual issues can arise in practice, allowing her to identify risks early and help clients implement practical strategies to manage them.
Yael holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (International Business) from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2024 and is included on the High Court Register of Practitioners.
Having completed an internship with an intellectual property law firm in Japan and travelled extensively, Yael enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and understands that every business requires legal advice tailored to its unique circumstances and objectives.
