I joined Prosper Law as a Senior Lawyer in mid-2025.

My legal journey commenced in 2010, working as a paralegal in one of Australia’s top 100 ASX listed companies whilst completing my Bachelor of Laws. I was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014 and spent most of my legal career as an inhouse legal counsel in the FMCG sector.

I have worked with clients domestically and internationally and are strongly committed to providing advice that is clear, practical and timely.

My main areas of legal practice include:

• Commercial contracts (such as B2B contracts, consumer facing contracts, retailing, marketing, sponsorship, loans and logistics)
• Confidentiality and privacy concerns
• Finance (such as loans, deeds of priority and anti-money laundering and counterterrorism financing (AML/CTF) concerns)
• Regulatory compliance (particularly Australian Consumer Law, Food and Grocery Code of Conduct, Franchising Code of Conduct, unfair contract terms, liquor compliance, tobacco and e-cigarettes)
